Spouts, handles, and feet can be pinched, stretched, and pulled from the same piece of clay.  Other techniques will be demonstrated, as a way to build onto the pinched forms.  Surface decoration will also be explored as students can experiment with imprinting textures, painting colored slips, and carving clay.  Enrolled students will have unlimited access to open studio hours for the duration of class as a part of lab fee. Lab/Materials/Open Studio fee: $60 (includes first bag of clay and Open Studio time). Additional clay is available for a fee during class time. Tuition: $220, Member Rate: $195.
