Sporting Art Featured in Upcoming Exhibition

The Sporting Art Exhibition, October 5, 2007 - November 10, 2007
"Timberdoodle," John Bryan, Cast Bronze
The upcoming exhibition at the Sharon Arts Center (opening reception October 5, 5-7PM) will feature art which celebrates hunting and fishing. An annual event at the Timberdoodle Club in Temple, NH, this year it will be in the Peterborough gallery to allow more visitors to enjoy the work from these local and nationaly-renowned artists.

11am-1pm Jim Cowan and his wife Nancy, of Deering, NH, will appear with two raptors from the Cowan-owned New Hampshire School of Falconry. This event is free and open to the public. 603.924.7676 Oct 20 11am-3pm Fly Tying Talk and Demo Award-winning Fly-tyer Larry Antonuk will be giving a talk and demonstration as part of the Annual Sporting Art Exhibition. Antonuk's work is on display through November 10.
