Our Weaving studio has been moved!

The Sharon Arts Center School of Arts & Crafts is pleased to announce that we have created a 1000 square foot Weaving studio with 14 floor looms, six inkle looms, a wall of beautiful yarns; and with talented teachers who have years of experience and inspiration.

SAC's Fall Session of classes begins September 16th and includes Learning to Weave with Connie Gray (beginning Sept. 19th)
For eight weeks students learn to wind a warp, dress a loom with a sampler warp, explore basic weave structures and color interactions, read pattern drafts and design their own projects.

Open Weaving Studio Time  begins Friday, September 16th and allows students eight weeks to work on their own, without instruction during open studio hours. This is for weavers who have taken a class at SAC or can demonstrate a working knowledge of the looms and have approval from the Director.
